What you actually get

Everything a Nigeria agent should give you — and the parts they usually can’t.

Vetted Nigeria real estate listings

Every home and plot passes an official title check with the state Land Registry before it reaches you.

Verified real estate agents

Agents are background-checked and accountable to Nestadia — not the other way around.

Milestone escrow, not blind wires

Funds move only as verified stages clear. No direct seller wires from your US bank.

Coordinated from the US

Search, verify, negotiate, and close on Nigeria property — most buyers never need to fly out.

Corridors

Homes, apartments, and plots — Lagos and Abuja first.

Nigeria listings on Nestadia focus on the areas diaspora buyers already ask us about — Lagos's established neighborhoods and the Lekki growth corridor, plus Abuja's main residential districts.

We concentrate on residential real estate: family homes, apartments, serviced plots for build. If you want commercial or hospitality, tell us on the waitlist and we’ll flag it.

Common questions

Can I buy a house or plot in Nigeria from the US without flying out?

Yes. Nestadia coordinates the process from the US — vetted listings, verified agents on the ground, milestone escrow, legal due diligence, and signing through your own lawyer. Most buyers never need to travel.

How does Nestadia check Nigeria listings?

Every listing goes through an official search at the state Land Registry, a survey plan check, agent background checks, and a site inspection before it reaches you. If a property or agent cannot clear those checks, it does not appear on the platform.

What is Governor's Consent?

Under Nigeria's Land Use Act, transferring an interest in land generally needs the consent of the state governor. Your lawyer applies for it after the sale, and registration completes your ownership.

Is my money safe when buying property in Nigeria from abroad?

Funds are held in milestone escrow and only released as verified stages complete. You never wire money directly to a seller or agent.
