When you submit our property check form we collect your name and email address. If you continue to the optional second step, we also collect: the region of the property you are considering, the type of property, your approximate budget range, your purchase timeframe, whether you have received documents from a seller or developer, whether anyone has asked you to send money or a deposit, your primary concern, and the US city and state where you live.

Everything in the second step is optional and can be skipped.

To send you the verification checklist you requested; to contact you about Nestadia’s services as they become available; and to understand what buyers in this market actually need so we can build the right product.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your information is stored in a database operated by Supabase, our database provider, and our site is hosted by Lovable. We use an email service to deliver the checklist and any updates you have asked for. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We keep your information for as long as you are an active contact, and for 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing info@nestadia.com. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

We use Google Analytics cookies to measure site usage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies for third-party marketing.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
