Program overview and eligibility
1.1 Purpose. The Program lets approved Ambassadors share general information about Nestadia's platform for buying property in Ghana and Kenya, and invite people to educational information sessions. Ambassadors use a personal referral code, link and QR code so that Nestadia knows who invited whom.
1.2 Eligibility. To take part, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- be a resident of the United States;
- not be an employee, officer or contractor of Nestadia, or an immediate family member of one; and
- apply at nestadia.com/ambassadors and accept these Terms.
1.3 Approval. Nestadia may approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. Your referral code works only after your application is approved.
1.4 Orientation. Before your first session, you must complete Nestadia's ambassador orientation. It covers these Terms, the disclosure in Section 5.1 and the limits in Section 6. Nestadia may ask you to repeat it when these Terms change.
1.5 Presenter Certification. To present a session yourself, you must hold Nestadia's Presenter Certification. Nestadia grants it after you complete the orientation, a presenter training session and a practice presentation of the official deck reviewed by Nestadia. It is valid for 12 months. Certified Ambassadors present only information about Nestadia and how its platform works, never information about any property, developer or listing. Nestadia may suspend or withdraw the certification on a ground in Section 4.5 or 8.3, following the same written notice and response process.
Referral tracking and attribution
2.1 Your code. Once approved, you receive a unique referral code, link (https://nestadia.com/?ref=YOURCODE) and QR code.
2.2 When a referral counts. A buyer is referred by you when they join Nestadia's waitlist through your link or QR code, type your code into the "Referred by" field when signing up, or check in at a session you host.
2.3 First referral wins. Each buyer can be credited to one Ambassador only: the first valid code recorded for them. A later code, including yours, never replaces it.
2.4 90-day window. When someone opens your link, your code is saved on their device for 90 days from that first visit. Later visits do not extend or change this window. If they sign up on another device, they can type your code instead.
2.5 No credit is given for:
- referring yourself, or anyone using your email address;
- people already registered with Nestadia before your referral;
- buyers you signed up yourself, or whose details you entered for them; or
- duplicate, fraudulent or rule-breaking referrals.
2.6 Records and disagreements. Nestadia decides which Ambassador, if any, a buyer is credited to by applying Sections 2.2 to 2.5 to its records. If you disagree, email us at info@nestadia.com within 60 days of the sign-up or session concerned. We will review it and reply in writing within 15 business days, explaining our decision without sharing any buyer's personal information.
Rewards
The Program has two rewards.
| Reward | Who receives it | Amount | When it's earned |
|---|---|---|---|
| Community Host | You | $125 per verified session, up to 2 a month | When Nestadia verifies the session under 3.1 |
| Buyer welcome credit | The buyer you referred | $250 off Nestadia's platform fee | At the buyer's closing, under 3.2 |
3.1 Community Host sessions. You earn $125 for each information session you host that Nestadia verifies. A session is verified when:
- you requested it through your dashboard at least 7 days before it takes place, and Nestadia confirmed it;
- it is presented by a Nestadia team member, or by you while you hold Nestadia's Presenter Certification under Section 1.5;
- the presenter uses only the official, unedited Nestadia presentation deck and approved materials provided on your dashboard, and the deck version is recorded with the session; and
- at least 15 attendees check in on Nestadia's session check-in page, or appear in the attendance report of an online session run on Nestadia's account.
Nestadia pays for up to 2 verified sessions per calendar month. Nestadia may also reimburse session costs, such as refreshments, up to an amount agreed in writing before the session, against receipts.
3.2 Buyer welcome credit. A buyer referred by you under Section 2 receives $250 off Nestadia's platform fee on their purchase, applied at closing. Each buyer receives it once. The credit is a reduction of Nestadia's own fee, funded by Nestadia, and is shown to the buyer in writing before closing and on their closing statement. It belongs to the buyer: you cannot receive it, share in it or direct how it is used. You earn nothing when a buyer you referred reserves, funds or buys a property.
3.3 What Host rewards are. A Host reward is a flat payment for hosting a session. It does not depend on whether any attendee signs up, reserves or buys, or on the price of any property.
3.4 Sessions that are not verified. Nestadia declines to verify a session only if a condition in Section 3.1 is not met, or on a ground in Section 4.5. We will tell you in writing which condition or ground applies.
Payment
4.1 Schedule. Nestadia pays Host rewards monthly. Rewards for sessions verified in a calendar month are paid by the 15th of the following month. There is no minimum balance.
4.2 Method. Host rewards are paid in US dollars by ACH transfer to a US bank account in your name.
4.3 W-9 first. You must upload a completed IRS Form W-9 to your dashboard before your first payment. Rewards earned before then are held and paid in the next payment run after we receive it.
4.4 Statements and questions. Your dashboard shows your verified sessions and your rewards earned and paid. If you believe a reward is missing or wrong, email us at info@nestadia.com within 60 days of the payment date. After that, the payment is final.
4.5 Reversals. Nestadia may decline, reverse or deduct a Host reward only for a session where:
- check-ins were duplicated, made up, or made by people who did not attend;
- the session did not take place as Nestadia confirmed it; or
- you broke Section 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2 or 6.6 at or in connection with that session, including by modifying the official deck or presenting information about a property.
Before doing so, we will tell you in writing what we found and give you 10 business days to respond. We will then give you our decision in writing. Rewards for your other sessions are not affected.
4.6 Taxes. You are responsible for all taxes on your rewards. Nestadia will issue IRS Form 1099-NEC where required by law.
Promotion and required disclosure
5.1 Always disclose. Whenever you endorse, recommend or mention Nestadia, including when you share your link, code or QR code, post about Nestadia, or invite people to, host or present a session, you must clearly disclose that you are a paid Nestadia ambassador. Put the disclosure next to the endorsement itself, in words your audience will notice and understand, and keep it accurate to what you actually receive. For example: "I'm a paid Nestadia ambassador." On social media, also use #NestadiaAmbassador or #Ad. A platform's own "paid partnership" label is not enough on its own, and the disclosure must not be hidden in a link, behind a "more" button or in a long list of hashtags.
5.2 Accurate claims and deck integrity. Describe Nestadia only as it describes itself, using the official materials and presentation decks provided on your dashboard or nestadia.com. When you present, you must deliver the official Nestadia presentation without modifying slides, changing claims or altering brand copy. You must not:
- promise returns, rental income, price growth or resale value;
- guarantee a title, a property's condition, a price or a timeline;
- give legal, tax, financial or investment advice; or
- make any claim about a property or a platform capability that Nestadia has not published in its official materials.
5.3 Brand use. You may not bid on "Nestadia" or similar terms in paid search ads, register domains or social accounts using the Nestadia name, or change Nestadia's logo or materials.
5.4 Your identity. Promote under your own name. Do not say or suggest you are a Nestadia employee, agent or official representative, including when you present with a Presenter Certification.
Protecting buyers
6.1 Never handle money. You must never ask for, collect, hold or pass on any money from a buyer, for any reason. Buyers pay only through Nestadia's process, to the accounts shown in their Nestadia account. If anyone asks a buyer for money in Nestadia's name, tell the buyer to contact info@nestadia.com.
6.2 Buyers sign up themselves. You may not sign anyone up, enter anyone's details, or help complete their identity verification for them.
6.3 Your role. Your role is to share general information about Nestadia and invite people to Nestadia's sessions. You do not recommend, solicit interest in, or steer anyone toward a particular property, developer or seller. You do not show properties, negotiate prices or terms, or act for any buyer or seller. If someone asks about a specific property, refer them to Nestadia. Nestadia does not engage you as a real estate agent or broker, and you must follow any real estate licensing laws that apply to you.
6.4 No spam. You may not send bulk unsolicited emails or texts, use automated calling or texting without the recipient's consent, or buy or use contact lists. Stop contacting anyone who asks you to.
6.5 Buyer privacy. Nestadia shows you totals only. We do not share who signed up through your link, their verification status, or anything about their purchase, and you may not ask Nestadia for it.
6.6 Hosting and presenting sessions. Information about specific properties, developers or listings is presented only by Nestadia's team. If you present with a Presenter Certification, you present only the official deck about Nestadia and how its platform works, and you refer every property question to Nestadia. When Nestadia's team presents, you may welcome attendees and share your own experience, within Section 5.2. You may not charge attendees to attend, or collect their details on Nestadia's behalf outside Nestadia's check-in page.
Independent contractor relationship
You take part as an independent contractor. You choose when, where and how you promote Nestadia, within these Terms, and you pay your own expenses. Nothing in these Terms makes you Nestadia's employee, agent, partner, franchisee or representative. You are not entitled to employee benefits, and you have no authority to make any promise, offer or agreement on Nestadia's behalf.
Termination
8.1 Leaving the Program. You or Nestadia may end your participation at any time by email. Your referral code stops working on the date it ends.
8.2 Rewards after an ordinary exit. If your participation ends for any reason other than 8.3, Nestadia pays Host rewards for sessions verified before that date, under Section 4. Buyers you referred before that date keep their welcome credit.
8.3 Termination for cause. Nestadia may end your participation, or withdraw your Presenter Certification, if you break Section 5.1, 5.2 or 6, submit false or inflated attendance or referrals, or commit fraud. We will tell you in writing what we found and give you 10 business days to respond before deciding. Where a buyer's money or safety may be at risk, we may suspend your code, certification and sessions immediately while this happens. If we end your participation for cause, we withhold only rewards for sessions affected by the breach, and pay all other rewards you have earned under Section 4.
8.4 What continues. Sections 4.4 to 4.6, 6.1, 6.5, 7 and 9 continue to apply after your participation ends.
Liability, changes, governing law and contact
9.1 Limitation of liability. Except for fraud, wilful misconduct and rewards you have earned but not been paid, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the Program, and each party's total liability to the other under these Terms is limited to the rewards paid to you in the 12 months before the claim. Nestadia is responsible for its own presentations, materials and services to buyers and attendees; you are responsible for your own statements and conduct. This section does not limit any claim a buyer or attendee may have against either party.
9.2 Indemnity. You agree to cover Nestadia and its officers, directors and employees for third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs, to the extent caused by your breach of Section 5 or 6 or your violation of law. This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by Nestadia's own acts, omissions, materials or presentations, including the content of the official deck. Nestadia agrees to cover you in the same way for third-party claims to the extent caused by Nestadia's materials, presentations or services. The party seeking cover will give prompt written notice of the claim and let the other party take part in the defense at its own cost. Neither party will settle a claim in a way that admits the other's fault without that party's written consent.
9.3 Changes. Nestadia may change these Terms, reward amounts or the Program. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email and on your dashboard. Rewards for sessions held before a change takes effect are paid at the old rate. If you keep taking part after the effective date, you accept the change.
9.4 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute between you and Nestadia will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Nothing in these Terms removes any right or protection you have under the mandatory laws of the state where you live or work.
9.5 Entire agreement. These Terms are the whole agreement between you and Nestadia about the Program.
9.6 Contact. Email info@nestadia.com, or write to Nestadia, Inc., 131 Continental Dr, #305, Newark, DE 19713.
